Poultry seasoning mix

A delicious and savory combination of herbs that compliment any poultry and make your meal prep easy. I also use this spice mix as a flavor base to gravy for chicken and turkey.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons thyme
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon white or black ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground or dried nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients directly into a grinder and pulse several times until desired consistency. 
  2. Alternatively, mix in a bowl or with a mortar and pestle.
  3. Pour into a jar with a tight fitting lid and mark with expiration date.  Enjoy!

Notes

Give your jar a good shake before you use it each time. The spices tend to separate as they sit.
